bpexh Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules and Player Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and bpexh ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the bpexh website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, and associated payment facilities (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise using any part of the bpexh Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the bpexh Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the bpexh Services immediately and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

2.1 The bpexh Services are available exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Registration by, or use of the Services by, any person under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.2 By registering an account on bpexh, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have the full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2.3 bpexh reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity (KYC verification) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bpexh will result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending successful verification.

2.4 Each player is solely responsible for determining whether participation in online gaming and sports betting is lawful in their specific jurisdiction within Pakistan before registering. bpexh does not provide legal advice regarding the applicability of local laws to individual players.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the bpexh platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or Pakistani mobile numbers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances forfeited.

3.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and for updating it promptly if it changes.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bpexh account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. bpexh will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.4 Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another party. Any attempt to transfer account ownership constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals (PKR Transactions)

4.1 bpexh processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits and withdrawal requests via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), debit card, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposits. Funds deposited via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your bpexh account balance instantly upon confirmation of the transaction. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the sending bank's processing time. bpexh is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC identity and age verification. bpexh reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Verified withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within 5–30 minutes; bank transfers may take up to 3 business days.

4.4 Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the time of initiating a deposit or withdrawal within your account cashier. These limits are subject to change at bpexh's discretion.

4.5 bpexh reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any transaction it deems suspicious, which may result in temporary holds on withdrawals pending satisfactory documentation.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 All bets placed on the bpexh sportsbook and casino are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are accessible within the relevant product section of the platform.

5.2 bpexh reserves the right to void or suspend any bet where there is evidence of: (a) technical error resulting in manifestly incorrect odds; (b) suspicious betting patterns consistent with match-fixing or collusion; (c) exploitation of a system error or software fault; or (d) any other circumstance in which bpexh reasonably determines the integrity of the bet to be compromised.

5.3 Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where expressly permitted under the cash-out feature for eligible markets.

5.4 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or event, the official result as determined by the governing body of the relevant sport or game shall prevail. For casino games, the recorded outcome from the bpexh server logs shall be the authoritative record.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 bpexh may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds requirements, and expiry periods, which are published alongside each individual promotion.

6.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet within your bpexh account and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before being converted to withdrawable real-money funds.

6.3 bpexh reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, and to recover promotional funds from a player's account if it determines that the player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting low-edge games to meet wagering requirements contrary to the promotion's intent, or providing false information during registration.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 bpexh is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides all account holders with access to the following responsible gaming tools at no charge: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, reality check reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

7.2 Self-exclusion requests submitted through your bpexh account settings are irrevocable for their stated duration. bpexh will use reasonable efforts to prevent self-excluded players from accessing the platform during the exclusion period.

7.3 Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to make use of these tools and to seek assistance from a qualified support organisation. Players are also encouraged to review the bpexh Responsible Gaming Policy for further guidance.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bpexh platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using the platform if you are under 18 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Creating or operating more than one account simultaneously;
• Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial intelligence system to interact with bpexh games or the betting platform in a manner not permitted for human players;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bpexh staff or other users.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the bpexh platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, audio, and video — is the property of bpexh or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bpexh platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of bpexh.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bpexh shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform; (b) losses arising from temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance or technical issues; (c) losses caused by events outside bpexh's reasonable control, including network failures, payment processor outages, or force majeure events.

10.2 bpexh's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by bpexh is governed by the bpexh Privacy Policy, the terms of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, the processing of your name, contact details, transaction history, and device information for the purposes of account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

12. Amendments to These Terms

bpexh reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file with the platform or through a prominent notice on the bpexh website. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bpexh is licensed to operate. In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to first contact bpexh customer support to seek an informal resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the governing licensing authority. Players retain any statutory rights to which they are entitled under applicable consumer protection legislation.
